Managing your time is one of the best tools/ skillsets a person can develop. Time is one thing we never get back. Its the one thing we cant buy more of or borrow from other people. We are each given 24 hours in a day and what you do with those 24hrs determines your level of success and your level of life happiness and peace.
Take the number of hours in a week and deduct what you do… 168hours – Work- Sleep-Blah Blah Blah
Track Your Day to Maximize Wins
Start noting how you spend your entire day—from the moment you wake up until you go to bed. Record everything you do, no matter how small. At the end of the day, review it and reflect: Did I spend my time wisely? What worked well, and what can I improve?
Take it further by reviewing your week. Look back at the past 7 days and ask yourself: How did I spend my time? Did I make progress toward my goals?
To make this more effective, maintain a daily win sheet. List all the good things you accomplished—big or small. This habit helps you:
- Recognize achievements, even tiny ones
- Identify unproductive patterns
- Plan improvements for the next day or week
- Stay motivated and focused on growth
